X-PLA is a unique PLA blend developed by add:north.
It is 100% biodegradable and has high impact resistance, no embrittlement and an unbeatable finish. X-PLA was originally developed to meet the high demands of architects, because architects often print thin walls but at the same time want a resistant and smooth surface.
The finished X-PLA prints feel solid and durable, which is great for technical applications, but also for prototypes and figures. X-PLA can be printed at low temperatures (starting at 180°C), giving it a beautiful matte surface that is not possible with regular PLA.
