The heating pad is made of selected and carefully dried cherry stones. The heated pillow can maintain the temperature for up to an hour. It releases heat evenly and slowly, which is gentle on the skin. The product can be used as a thermal bath, for example, to relieve colic, muscle or period pain in a baby. A thermal bath helps breastfeeding immediately before breastfeeding. Heat can help open blocked milk ducts.
The pillow can also be used as a cold bath for, for example, sprains, fever, headaches, insect bites. A cold bath can also relieve sore and swollen breasts during fullness or mastitis.
I can heat the pillow without the cover in a microwave oven (650W/1.5 min) or in a regular oven (130°C/10 min). Cooling is possible in the freezer (30-60 min) or in the refrigerator (approx. 2 hours). The protective cover can be washed by hand or in the washing machine at a temperature of 40°C.
