Onions,french fries, bell peppers, etc. are diced quickly and without tears as the Alligator's jaws snap. Alligator chops vegetables into cubes or strips in the blink of an eye. Place the ingredients in the Alligator's mouth, press the lid down, and the sharp-edged stainless steel blades cut. If you want the strips cubed, place the strips back into the Alligator and press a second time. The collector keeps the ingredients in one spot. The stainless steel chopper is the most dependable, well-constructed food chopper.
