Manual: To make
the basic mask , 1 part of white clay and about ¼ of water or enough that the mixture does not remain watery. The clay mixture is mixed until it is pasty, smooth and soft. You can also mix a few drops of organic skin oil into the mask, for example olive or sweet almond oil.
The finished mask is applied to the desired area (hair, face, body) and left on for 5-30 minutes, depending on the skin type and skin area. The clay mask made for the hair should be more runny in texture, so that it spreads more easily on the scalp as well.
The average recommended number of face masks and body masks is about 3-4 times a month.
Clay bath: Add 1 cup of clay to the whole bath and mix evenly with water. The bath is enjoyed for 15-20 minutes. A few tablespoons of clay are enough for a foot bath. Clay baths can be taken about 4 times a month.
Effective times of the mask: 10 min dry skin, sensitive skin and aged skin
15 min normal skin, combination skin, oily skin, hair
20 minutes overnight for very small skin areas as a topical treatment (pimples, ulcers, etc.)
