Wine yeast, yeast nutrient, pectolase enzyme, fermentation arrester and clarifying agents.
Note! If the raw materials are low-acid, citric or tartaric acid is also needed.
Ingredients: CHITOSAN (clarified from crustacean shells), yeast nutritional salt, wine yeast, silicic acid solution, fermentation inhibitor (sodium disulfite E223, potassium sorbate E202), enzyme.
