Bell XR Spherical is a new type of Gravel and road helmet for those who take their hobby and safety seriously.
In Spherical-Mips, the MIPS layer, which reduces the rotational forces of the brain in a collision, has been moved from the inner surface of the helmet between the outer and inner layers. The shape of the XR Spherical extends lower than usual: better than usual coverage for the occiput is suitable even for hard dirt road/XC trail riding. XR Spherical therefore has two layers, the outer one floating on top of the inner one. The spherical structure protects, breathes and fits better than the traditional Mips structure. Progressive layering: the outer and inner layers of different densities provide more effective protection against falls.
