Benelli 828S Silver AI Magnum 28″ with interchoke barrel. AI stands for Advanced Impact and stands for a completely redesigned barrel inner profile and a new type of reducer. This combination of barrel and suppressors achieves longer shooting distances, faster muzzle velocity and deeper penetration. The barrel bore is between 19.6 and 19.8 mm. The standard delivery includes 5 internal, 10cm long, AI replacement suppressors.

The 828S Silver AI model has a clear and engraved lock body with a gorgeous gold-plated finish. The lock body is made of ergal. The gun has 3 Super grade oil treated walnut bushings. The weapon is delivered in a plastic case. Warranty on registration is 10 years (not including wood parts).

The polyurethane buttstock and buttplate are interchangeable. There is a longer option for the butt plate, which allows the gun's standard (375mm) length of pull to be increased to 385mm.

Progressive Comfort buttstock The Benelli 828S buttstock features the Progressive Comfort system, which reduces recoil, muzzle sag and makes re-aiming easier. The Progressive Comfort system is patented by Benelli.

Strut adjustment On the Benelli 828S, the drop and lateral tilt of the rear strut is adjustable. The factory setting for the drop and lateral rigidity is: drop 55mm and lateral rigidity 6mm to the right. Other drop options: 42,5 / 45 / 47,5 / 50 / 52,5 / 57,5 / 60 / 62,5 / 65 mm Other lateral rigidity options: 6mm left / 3mm left / 3mm right. There are 40 adjustment options in total. Security and barrel selector The safety is located on the neck of the gun. The safety is manual or automatic, depending on your choice. The gun is supplied with the safety in the manual position. To make the safety automatic, a spring (supplied) must be added to the firing mechanism.

Firing mechanism The gun is fitted with a detachable firing mechanism. Removal is carried out with the tool supplied. The firing mechanism is patented.

Ejectors The weapon is equipped with pulse-activated ejectors. Thanks to the pulse-activated ejectors, there is no mechanical connection between the trigger mechanism and the front sight.

Lock Plate Benelli patented locking system. A simple but ingenious design ensures a strong, reliable lock by eliminating stress on the lock body. Benelli's O&U locking mechanism is particularly durable.

Benelli AI barrels and reducers The internal profile of the barrel has been completely redesigned, the barrel bore is between 19.6-19.8mm and the reducers are also of a completely new type and the standard delivery includes five 10cm long AI reducers on the inside. The reducers are: F / IM / M / IC / C (steel shot ok). The barrel and suppressors are cold treated.

Carbon fibre rail The gun has a 7mm wide carbon fibre rail. The front sight is a red fibre front sight.
