The SBE 3 Comfortech is suitable for all hunting with a shotgun. The lower part of the gun's lock frame is made of ERGAL and the upper part, the cover part, is made of special steel and firmly connected to the barrel. On the right side of the lock frame is the model name SUPER BLACK EAGLE 3.

The barrel is made 100% in Italy and from Italian nickel-chromium-molybdenum special steel and both the barrel and reducers are cold-treated. The pipe rail is a raised forest rail. Pipu eugrain is a small red fibrous grain. The length of the cartridge chamber is 89mm (3 1/2") and the gun is suitable for normal, magnum and supermagnum cartridges. The SBE3 model has screw holes on top of the lock body, so it is very easy to install the optional Picatinny rail. The barrel reducers are cold-treated 7cm/9cm long Crio reducers .

The model's new Comfortech 3 stock is patented by Benelli and developed to reduce the gun's recoil. The Comfortech 3 log is made of durable fiberglass-reinforced plastic (Rilsan). The stock has thirteen synthetic recoil dampening "boomerangs" passing through the stern. Thanks to the polyurethane butt plate developed by Benelli, the new, even softer Comptech cheek pack and the Comfortech stock, the feeling of recoil has been reduced by dozens of percent. The rise of the barrel has also been significantly reduced, so re-aiming the weapon is faster. The front stock and the front stock plug have been redesigned and the ergonomics of the front stock guarantee an optimal and balanced grip.

The trigger arc of the SBE 3 model has been reshaped, which guarantees easy usability of the weapon. The weapon has a two-part and sprung cartridge holder plate, so the cartridges fed into the magazine are lighter and removing them from the magazine (from the bottom) is significantly lighter and more user-friendly than it was in the SBEII model. The Easy Locking lock is familiar from the Raffaello-13 series and it rotates all the way even if you close the lock quietly with your hand. So the gun is always ready to fire. The tuning lever and the locking button are larger than in the SBEII model.

The drop of the butt can be adjusted with the help of the butt adjustment pieces included in the standard delivery to 50-64 millimeters from the aiming line, and the bending can be changed to suit either a right or left shooter. The standard rear plate of the rear support is 2.5 cm thick. With the standard buttplate installed, the gun's draw length is 365mm. An additional accessory is a longer (+1cm) and shorter (-1cm) tail plate. The design of the weapon allows the installation of extension magazine sets. The SBE 3 series guns are delivered in a plastic black carrying case.
