Masterpro Odin series frying pans combine the incomparable frying properties of cast iron pans with the ease of use of a coated pan. However, the body of the very sturdy Odin pan is not cast iron, but iron pressed in an advanced production process, which makes the product up to 50% lighter and thus easier to handle than a cast iron pan of similar size.
Unlike a traditional cast iron pan, Odi's frying pan is coated on both the inside and outside; the inner surface has a very heat-resistant, ceramic non-stick coating and the outer surface is also easy to keep clean thanks to the coating. The knotty Honeycomb structure of the bottom guarantees an enjoyable baking experience; when frying, even a small amount of used oil or a knob of butter spreads evenly over the entire area of the base.
Like a traditional cast iron pan, the heat in the Odin pan is evenly distributed and it also retains its heat very well, giving the food being fried a beautiful frying surface.
The Asian-inspired, luxurious handle of the Odin pan is made of FSC-certified acacia wood. The cool, stylish Odin pan with a matte surface not only looks good, it feels good and convinces even the most demanding cook with its features. Non-distorting base, suitable for all stove types. Heat resistance 360 °C. Not for the oven. PFOA and PTFE free. Hand wash.
