Fully automatic blood pressure measurement from the upper arm is quick and easy thanks to the easyLock lock. The cuff can simply be pulled over the arm in one operation, placed on the upper arm and tightened. After that, the measurement can begin. This innovative mechanism ensures a perfect fit, a very convenient measurement and a secure hold during blood pressure measurement – without the need for velcro and loop fasteners. The innovative device with an integrated universal cuff can be used anywhere at any time and is suitable for an upper arm circumference of 24-40 cm. BM 81 easyLock has a cuff position adjustment function. With this function, the device automatically checks during the measurement that the cuff is properly attached to the upper arm and reports this with an OK symbol on the screen. The filling technology also ensures a very convenient measurement, as the measurement is already done during the filling phase with the help of a light pressure build-up. Thanks to the colored LED scale, the integrated risk indicator makes it easier to interpret the results.

BM 81 easyLock calculates the average of all recorded measurements and the average of morning and evening blood pressure measurements over the past seven days. Detection of arrhythmias also warns of cardiac arrhythmias. There is room for 120 measurements in both user memories. All results are easy to read on the black XL screen. If the Bluetooth® function is activated, the data is automatically transferred to the “beurer HealthManager” app or the new “beurer HealthManager Pro” app after the measurement – perfect for long-term monitoring or sharing with a doctor.
