The EMS method (muscle stimulation) is used e.g. as a supplement to traditional muscle training to improve the performance of muscle groups and shape the body.

With the two separately adjustable channels of the digital EMS/TENS device, you can set the strength of the impulses independently of each other to suit the two body parts being treated.
