Dry and cracked hands, feet and elbows softened and smoothed easily at home. The area to be treated is immersed a few times in a warm paraffin wax mixture, forming a thin layer of wax over the treated area. The area is covered with the plastic bag supplied in the package. The warm wax opens the pores and allows moisture to escape - but the wax prevents moisture from escaping, allowing moisture to be absorbed into the open pores and penetrate the deeper layers of the skin. This leaves the skin extremely soft and smooth. The treatment is particularly suitable for dry and rough skin and also stimulates circulation in the area to be treated.
