Biolan Planting soil is a compost-fertilized soil containing biochar and mycorrhiza for planting garden plants. Also suitable for organic farming. Biochar and compost added to the soil activate microorganisms and improve the structure of the growing medium. Biochar can bind water to itself and release it slowly for plants to use. In this way, it effectively prevents siltation and compaction of the soil. Compost brings long-lasting nutrients to the soil. The airy and durable structure of the soil makes it easier for plants to take root. The mycorrhizas added to the planting soil enhance the plants' absorption of nutrients and water. Mycorrhiza also protects the plant from pathogens and improves the plant's stress tolerance. Mycorrhiza is a symbiosis formed by a plant root and a fungus, from which both benefit.
