The V6 ExclusiveLine mandolin is made of stainless steel. There are three different slice thicknesses to choose from, and by using slicing plates equipped with blades (3.5 mm or 7 mm), you can make e.g. Julienne strips and even cubes.

Made of stainless steel, the V6 ExclusiveLine mandolin has the same properties as the plastic V3 mandolin. However, thanks to the material, the feeling is a bit more luxurious.
There are three different slice thicknesses to choose from, and by using slicing plates equipped with blades (3.5 mm or 7 mm), you can make e.g. Julienne strips and even cubes. The blades are extremely sharp, so we recommend that you always use the included safety holder when using the mandolin. To keep the mandolin safe as well, always put the protective plate in place after use.
In the dishwasher, the blades may become dull faster, so we recommend hand washing. Immediately after use, rinse the mandolin under running water. If necessary, use dish soap and a dish brush, but be careful not to dull the blade with the dish brush.
