The Bradley smoker is a unique smoking cabinet that comes with a smoke generator. The generator burns burning briquettes for 20 minutes so that the temperature remains constant. This avoids the gases and acids and tar produced at high temperatures, which can affect the taste of smoked food.

With the Bradley smoker, you get clean-tasting food without aftertastes. While the operation of other smokers must be constantly monitored and maintained, the Bradley smoker automatically and safely produces clean, cool smoke for up to nine hours without interruption.

The Bradley smoker is suitable for both hot and cold smoking. It's actually exceptionally good for cold smoking because the smoke is constantly and evenly controlled. For cold smoking, we recommend using our cold smoke box.

The briquettes burn on an electric resistance (more information about briquettes and smoke production). In hot smoking, the heat needed for ripening is generated by its own electric resistance, which can be adjusted separately. So it is a different resistor than a briquette-burning resistor. In this model, the cabinet temperature is adjusted with an easy-to-use control on the front of the smoke generator.

The smoker comes with four smoking shelves, but more shelves and other accessories are available as accessories.
