Grape sugar, i.e. dextrose, for the production of wine and beer. Brewer's sugar dissolves immediately in boiling water, the water does not need to be heated. Fermentation with brewer's sugar is faster, cleaner and almost odorless than with regular sugar.
4-5 kg is usually used to make mild wine, 6-7 kg for strong wine.
