CAB lacquers are intended for processing lures with wooden and plastic frames. CAB varnish can be used for both priming and surface varnishing. If desired, it can also be used to separate different color layers from each other.
Primer:
Thin the CAB lure lacquer with Thinner 8 or acetone 20-30%. Varnishing is easiest to do by dipping the lure in the varnish and letting it soak in for a while. If air bubbles remain on the surface of the lure, you can move the lure slowly in the varnish. If the lacquer feels too strong after thinning, the lacquer can be thinned the necessary amount more. Please note that the viscosity of the varnish increases significantly as the temperature decreases. Lift the lure to dry. After the varnish has dried, re-varnish as many times as possible to achieve a smooth, shiny surface. Several thin layers give a better surface than one strong layer. After drying, the primed lure is ready to be dyed.
