The highly popular Reco 60 air handling unit has been redesigned to create the Reco 60 EVO2, with a stylish matte white colour scheme that blends in even better with Finnish home interiors. The EVO2 ventilation unit can be connected directly to a 230V mains power supply, discreetly. The unit is still supplied with a plug, which is the preferred connection option. In addition, a completely new and more elegant remote control has been developed for the unit.

In small houses, ventilation accounts for around 30-40% of energy consumption, with the Reco 60 EVO2 ventilation unit you can recover up to 90% of this energy. The Cooltron Reco 60 ventilator easily converts pressure ventilation into mechanical ventilation. The unit is designed to provide continuous and controlled ventilation to the space to be installed, bringing fresh air in and exhausting exhaust air out. The unit's ceramic heat exchanger recovers heat from the exhaust air with an efficiency of up to 90% at best, so in addition to fresh indoor air, you get control over heating costs. In summer, the Reco 60 reduces the cooling demand of the air source heat pump by cooling the warm supply air in the heat exchanger.

Reco 60 is ideal for garages, warehouses and cottages. It can also be used to improve ventilation in OKT houses with forced ventilation. In larger spaces, several units may be needed to achieve sufficient ventilation. In this case, the operating cycles of the units can be timed so that some blow out and some blow in at the same time.

The ventilation unit is designed to be installed through the wall. The telescopic design allows it to be installed in wall constructions between 250 mm and 400 mm thick. A hole d=165 mm is made in the wall for installation. The unit is easily powered by a plug directly from the socket.

The ventilation unit is rated for continuous operation, so it is always kept connected to the mains power supply. The unit is controlled by the remote control supplied or by the buttons on the side of the unit. The device significantly reduces heat loss, pollen, humidity, carbon dioxide, creating a comfortable indoor environment. The unit can be equipped with a HEPA 11 filter, sold separately, which effectively removes allergenic particles from indoor air.
