This beer extract has been developed to match the famous Coopers Original Pale Ale bottled beer. Beer is very popular in its home country of Australia.
The fruity and floral character, as well as the fresh bitter hopping, make this beer extract a popular raw material for many different recipes, e.g. in the vintage recipe Extra Strong Vintage Ale.
From one 1.7 kg of beer extract as such, you get approx. 23 liters of finished beer with an alcohol content of just under 3 vol%. If you want more flavor, fullness and alcohol content, we recommend adding malt extract and/or fermentation sugar. In this case, the number of liters remains the same, but the taste and strength improve.
The manufacturer's basic recipe recommends 1kg of Brew Enhancer 2 in addition to this beer extract, but if you wish, you can of course freely combine the ingredients according to your own taste.
As post-fermentation sugar, Carbonation Drops are easy to add to bottles.
