Coopers Carbonation Drops 250g is a convenient after-fermentation sugar during the bottling phase of beer. Dispense according to the table below, bottle the beer and seal the bottles. In this way, you can make the subsequent fermentation that produces carbon dioxide in the bottles a success. The tablets dissolve quickly in the bottle. Alternatively, you can gently invert the bottles a few times.
Store the bottles in an upright position, in the dark and at room temperature for at least 2 weeks. You can then squeeze the bottles to make sure the amount of carbon dioxide is correct. The bottles must be hard. After this, you can let the bottles still stand to mature. From two weeks to approx. three months, or even longer.
Dosage:
1 tablet per 330-375 ml bottle
1.5 tablets per 500 ml bottle
2 tablets per 740-750 ml bottle
