Coopers International Series English Bitter beer extract 1.7 kg is characterized by
copper brown, with red nuances and creamy foam. Floral aroma and roasted/sweet malt taste. The aftertaste is very bitter. Served slightly warmer than, for example, lager beers.
From one 1.7 kg of beer extract as such, you get approx. 23 liters of finished beer with an alcohol content of just under 3 vol%. If you want more flavor, fullness and alcohol content, we recommend adding malt extract and/or fermentation sugar. In this case, the number of liters remains the same, but the taste and strength improve.
The manufacturer's basic recipe recommends 500 g of Coopers Light Dry Malt (spray malt) in addition to this beer extract, but if you wish, you can of course freely combine the ingredients according to your own taste. As post-fermentation sugar, Carbonation Drops are easy to add to bottles.
