Coopers International Series Irish Stout beer extract 1.7 kg produces a full-bodied dark beer with a hint of coffee, chocolate and licorice, as well as roasted bitterness and a dry aftertaste.
Coopers Irish Stout is made according to the original recipe, including malt, roasted malt, malt flakes and hops. When poured into the glass, a lively foam is created, which after a while settles down, leaving a creamy light brown foam cover on the surface of the beer.
From one 1.7 kg of beer extract as such, you get approx. 23 liters of finished beer with an alcohol content of just under 3 vol%. If you want more flavor, fullness and alcohol content, we recommend adding malt extract and/or fermentation sugar. In this case, the number of liters remains the same, but the taste and strength improve.
The manufacturer's basic recipe recommends 1kg of Brew Enhancer 3 in addition to this beer extract, but if you wish, you can of course freely combine the ingredients according to your own taste.
As post-fermentation sugar, Carbonation Drops are easy to add to bottles.
