Coopers International Series Mexican Cerveza beer extract 1.7 kg imitates the style of the best Mexican beers. This quality beer is light and has a fresh and clean taste. Preferably served ice cold with a wedge of lime or lemon.
From one 1.7 kg of beer extract as such, you get approx. 23 liters of finished beer with an alcohol content of just under 3 vol%. If you want more flavor, fullness and alcohol content, we recommend adding malt extract and/or fermentation sugar. In this case, the number of liters remains the same, but the taste and strength improve.
The manufacturer's basic recipe recommends 1kg of Brew Enhancer 2 in addition to this beer extract, but if you wish, you can of course freely combine the ingredients according to your own taste.
As post-fermentation sugar, Carbonation Drops are easy to add to bottles.
