DunWore's defrosting cable equipped with a self-adjusting thermostat protects water pipes and meters, plant boxes, eaves, gutters, downspouts and rainwater wells and drains from freezing and cracking. The melting cable is also suitable for inside drinking water pipes thanks to food approval. The sheath of the melt holding cable is durable and safe fluoropolymer.
The heating cable has a self-regulating control that increases the heating power before the freezing point and gradually reduces the heating power after reaching a safe temperature. A separate thermostat is not needed. The heating cable does not overheat because it adjusts itself according to the prevailing temperature of the operating environment. A ready-to-use product, the cable is fixed in place and connected to the electrical plug.
