Thanks to its excellent electrical properties and EcoControl function, the Eaton Ellipse ECO UPS can reduce energy consumption by up to 25 percent compared to the previous generation UPS. EcoControl automatically shuts down the peripheral devices when the main device is turned off. While the UPS provides uninterrupted backup power from its battery during a power outage and ensures the continuous operation of the devices, it also offers effective protection against harmful overvoltage spikes. The reliable electrical protection technology complies with the IEC 61643-1 standard. Ellipse ECO also protects communication solutions such as Ethernet, Internet and ADSL/telephone lines. Computers and other peripherals can be easily connected to the UPS. The UPS has a narrow design, so it is suitable for any office: it can be installed vertically, e.g. under a desk, horizontally under a monitor, 19 " to the rack or the wall. The easily replaceable battery extends the life of the UPS. With a pressure fuse switch, the device starts normally after a possible overload or short circuit.
