Edma Depth limiter + PH2 tip, for plasterboard screws, with magnet. Depth limiter for drywall screws, which turns a standard cordless drill into a drywall screw drill. The depth limiter limits the installation depth of the plasterboard screws to the perfect level, making it easier to handle the surfaces. Plasterboard screws should be installed in plasterboard approximately 0.5-1mm below the surface of the plasterboard. If the screw sinks deeper, it will break the cardboard layer on the surface of the plasterboard. If the cardboard layer breaks, the screw is useless and must be replaced with a screw that can be drilled in another place. Screws left too high are difficult to level and cause trouble during surface treatment. With the help of the depth limiter, the screw sinks to the perfect depth, taking care that the tension of the plasterboard does not break and that the screw head does not remain above the edge of the board. The limiter is attached to a normal drill like any screwdriver bit. The limiter comes with a machine tip, which can be replaced with a new one if necessary. A very strong magnet ensures that the machine tip stays in place. The perfect tool for installing large quantities of drywall screws.
