A professional seam taping and installation device. The joint tape installer installs the joint tape and the putty at the same time at the joints of the plasterboards. Can be used on walls, ceilings, and interior corners for installation and caulking.




Installing caulk is a time-consuming and messy job. With this professional tool, you can install the tape and its adhesive to the wall quickly and easily. The 1.8L putty tank holds plenty of putty and also has an instant fill feature. The machine applies the tape, putty and presses the whole thing into the drywall joint in one single stroke. The best and fastest way to seal large quantities of drywall joints.

Automatic seam tape feed is accomplished by placing the seam tape in the rack on the back of the unit. The seam tape is pulled through the putty box of the machine and out the front edge of the unit.



Automatic seam tape putty is applied as the seam tape passes through the putty box. This ensures that the tape has just the right amount of putty for installation.



Installation of the seam tape in the inside corners is also possible with the help of the corner guide of the device. The putty pusher presses the strip at a 90 degree angle from the centre, allowing the putty strip to be neatly positioned.




A quick-fill feature at the bottom of the unit allows the unit's putty reservoir to be quickly refilled.




Applications:Installation of gypsum and gyproc seam tapes.

Instruction for use:

Normal use:



    Open the locking latches (3 pcs.)

    Insert the seam tape into the rack and pull it down through the putty tank, following the top edge of the putty tank and out the feed hole on the front of the unit.

    Fill the silo with putty by placing putty in the tank below the seam tape.

    Release the putty rationing latch on the front of the unit, allowing the front edge of the unit to move freely.

    Moving the leading edge up and down determines the amount of putty in the seam tape.

    Lock the putty rationing latch at the desired position

    Pull the seam tape out of the unit until it is completely covered with putty.

    Adjust the tension of the hand strap to the appropriate tension

    Press the seam tape onto the joint of the boards using the device

    Press the seam tape firmly onto the smoothing trowel.




Use in corners:



     Set up the machine for normal use

    Lower the guide roller on the front edge of the unit

    You can now press the seam tape into the inside corners as well.
