The beautiful and wonderful surface of the knives has been achieved by layering 67 layers of stainless Damascus steel on both sides on top of the VG-10 core. Layers of stainless steel around exceptionally hard VG-10 steel make these knives incredibly sharp, durable and beautiful.
The Pakkawood handle is very comfortable for both right- and left-handers and completes the elegant appearance of the knives. The weight distribution of the knives is optimal and thanks to the precise design and cutting angle of the blade, it is easy to cut and pleasant to use for long periods of time.
