The EGO VG-10 24cm Chef's Knife is a real kitchen multipurpose knife and it helps you cut and chop the ingredients you want. This chef's knife is made of top quality Japanese stainless steel with exceptional blade strength and excellent resistance to rust. VG-10 is a very hard steel (HRC 60±2) and stays really sharp for a very long time.
The beautiful and wonderful surface of the knife has been achieved by layering 67 layers of stainless Damascus steel on both sides on top of the VG-10 core. Layers of stainless steel around exceptionally hard VG-10 steel make this knife incredibly sharp, durable and beautiful.
The Pakkawood handle is very comfortable for both right- and left-handed users and completes the knife's elegant appearance. The weight distribution of the knife is optimal and thanks to the precise design of the blade and the cutting angle, it is easy to cut and is pleasant to use even for long periods of time.
