With the Familon binding mechanism, you can make the separate frame mattresses of the double bed and the frames of the single bed stay tightly together. The durable binding mechanism prevents the frames from moving apart, so there is no gap in the middle of the bed. The binding mechanism locks when the beds are pressed together and is released by lifting the second bed up. The binding mechanism is easy to open when cleaning and press together again. The product contains two fastening mechanisms for both ends of the beds. Fits all Familon beds and bunk beds. The binding mechanism is attached to the leg plywood with wood screws, thus connecting the two frames together.
The binding mechanism is installed by screwing the counter pieces either to the corners of the bed frames at the foot plywood or to the bottom slats so that they are aligned when the beds are placed next to each other. In adjustable beds, the attachment is made to the corners of the bed. When the counter pieces are in place, place the beds next to each other facing right and press them tightly together, at which point the binding mechanism will lock. The binding mechanism can be unlocked by slightly lifting the bed where there are no black hooks. The product also contains wooden heightening pieces, with which the binding mechanism can be adapted to different frames.
