The bomb is a fast-swimming game fish. The length from hook to hook is 78mm and the weight is 18g, there is a very handy slip loop underneath which makes it easy to change the lower hook even on the fly, the shank of the loop is also a bit longer and floats the lower hook a bit further away from the bait, making it easier to quickly release the fish and get the bait back in the water quickly. The bomb is made for picking up fish for fast-paced fishing where the aim is to fill the deck full of big grubs. The bomb has produced great results for big shoals as well as single big fish, bringing in some nice kilos on the ice. It swims fast and quickly turns back to the return hatch. As the name suggests, it dives like a bomb. Has also worked brilliantly in the Saimaa waterway. Very good as a sea perch!
