Foodin Virta 100 g dietary supplement

Foodin's Virta powder mix is a carefully selected whole full of cheerful ingredients! Virta, which is suitable as a companion for long meeting days or, for example, hard training, is easy to mix with water, and becomes part of a better daily routine.

Compared to typical caffeine-based stimulants, the Virta powder mix is a more balanced whole, and there is a moderate amount of caffeine: 1 teaspoon of Virta powder (2.5 g) contains 35 mg of caffeine, while 2.4 dl of filter coffee contains 180 mg of caffeine. Theobromine and theophylline complement the stimulating effect of caffeine, while the L-theanine contained in the powder balances it.

The caffeine and theobromine in the mixture come from Chocamine cocoa extract, theophylline from yerba mate extract. Yerba maté (mate) is a drink made by brewing the leaves and young branches of the mate tree. It's not really a type of tea, but it's used in a very similar way to tea. Traditionally, Mate has been used for refreshment among the native Indians of South America.

In addition to chocamine extract and yerba mate, the powder contains beetroot juice powder, lemon juice powder, cordyceps extract powder, L-theanine and sea salt. The recipe of the product is the handiwork of Foodin's director of development and biohacker Jaakko Halmetoja.

Recommended daily dose: 1-2 teaspoons (2.5-5 g). Virta powder mix is best for mornings or early afternoons, and it is easy to mix with water. If you want, you can reduce the aromas with a stronger taste with, for example, lemon juice.
