In the SCR system, crystals may form in the AdBlue tank, level sensor, liquid pump, AdBlue injector
and the exhaust system, including the mixer and SCR catalyst.
Crystals can form in the exhaust system when exhaust temperatures are low. This
due to driving style and conditions or incomplete combustion.

The Forté Exhaust Crystal Preventer product can be used to dissolve the build up of
which affect the operation of the level sensor and the liquid pump as long as the vehicle is
the vehicle is running. This is the most cost-effective way to remove crystals in the AdBlue tank.

Use of Exhaust Crystal Preventer:
Use Forté Exhaust Crystal Preventer at each service and when filling the AdBlue tank to
Prevent crystals from forming in the SCR system from the tank to the end of the exhaust pipe.

When refilling the AdBlue tank between services, add Forté Exhaust Crystal Preventer to the AdBlue tank to prevent Forté Exhaust Crystal Preventer from contaminating the exhaust system.

It is recommended to clean the fuel and oil systems at each service Advanced Diesel
Fuel Conditioner and New Generation Motor Flush to restore performance and before
above all to maintain exhaust gas temperature. Add Forté Exhaust Crystal Preventer to the AdBlue tank.

400 ml of Exhaust Crystal Preventer is sufficient for 60 litres of AdBlue.
