Carefully considered solutions and the best materials have been used in the design of 4Connect STAGE3 RCA cables to create a top-quality RCA cable.
STAGE3 cables use the usual thicker tinned OFC conductor ( T-OFC ) as conductors. The cross-sectional area of the conductor is 0.5mm2, which is really quite oversized for an RCA cable. The cables also have one extra wire, which enables significantly better immunity to interference. The structure is a triple-protected, very tightly twisted Twisted Pair structure that eliminates interference. There is a double layer of foil around the conductors, which removes induced interference from the cable, as well as a double fiber layer familiar from high-voltage cables.
With this structure, an incredibly good immunity to interference has been obtained, which is especially important for delivering an interference-free signal, especially in vehicle use.
The insulation of the connectors is HDPE plastic with high insulating capacity, and an opposite cone is cast inside the connector as a pull post. Each BHMC connector is tensile tested in quality control to ensure safe and tight contact. • RCA splitter
