Hops, heather and catnip to support good sleep. The effect of the tea is based on the flowers of St. John's wort, lemon balm leaves, catnip leaves, goat's beak leaves, chamomile flowers and hop cones.
Instructions for use : Measure the herbal tea ingredients into the jug, about 1 teaspoon per cup (2dl) of water. Pour almost boiling water over the herbal tea ingredients and let it brew for 10-15 minutes. It is recommended to drink 1 hour before going to bed.
