The Fronius Smart Meter TS is a two-way smart meter in the industrial and commercial size class that helps optimize the consumption of the solar electricity system, records the load curve and controls various energy flows. Thanks to highly accurate measurements and fast data transfer via the Modbus RTU interface, dynamic input control when setting input limits is faster and more accurate than with an S0 meter.
Together with Fronius Solar.web, the Fronius Smart Meter TS gives a clear picture of the household's power consumption, and enables dynamic load control or energy storage control. Compatible with Fronius inverters.
It is recommended to install Smart Meter TS in the main center as the main meter (master). In addition, another Smart Meter TS (slave) can be installed, for example to monitor the consumption of the heat pump. The Solar.web application can be used to conveniently monitor and optimize power consumption. Smart Meter is also required when you want to install a Fronius Ohmpilot solar energy power controller in the system for optimizing the solar energy input.
