The well-fitting and high-performance HRM-Fit heart rate belt is designed for use by women - regardless of the sport. The heart rate belt, which easily snaps onto sports bras with medium or strong support, sends accurate heart rate data to a compatible Garmin® smartwatch or Edge® bike computer, exercise equipment and smartphone apps. The device also measures running dynamics data, including vertical movement, ground contact duration and stride length. The information is useful for improving fitness. When running indoors, HRM-Fit sends pace and distance data to a compatible smartwatch. The heart rate belt's battery lasts up to 1 year.

Designed especially for women, the heart rate belt is designed to be easily attached to sports bras with a medium or strong level of support (not recommended for longline, front zippered, or light support sports bras).

DATA STORAGE AND TRANSMISSION
Records heart rate data also during exercise that takes place outside the range of the smart watch (the performance must be started and stopped from a compatible Garmin smart watch).
ACTIVITY MONITORING
If the watch is not on the wrist, the heart rate belt records the number of steps, calorie consumption, power minutes and heart rate data. The information is then updated on all compatible Garmin devices in use.
