With GAS, the "compact-sized subwoofer" got a completely new comparison base.


2 x 2 ohm High Performance element
The GAS MAX B1-16 sub box has a metal frame and a sturdy 6.5″ sub. The element is designed especially for this case and largely follows the same structure as the subs in GAS's MAX S1 collection.

The cone of the metal-framed element on the double magnet is non-compressible paper pulp with mica reinforcement. The impedance of the element is two two-ohm coils, so the sub can be used with a one-ohm, four-ohm or 2 x 2-ohm load!
There are sturdy protective bars in front of the element.

Really compact, either way!
GAS MAX B1-16 has a very compact size. The volume of the case is only 10.3 liters and the case is easy to place without exception in any car.
The case comes with separate mounting feet, so you can also use the case with the element down and with this mounting method you get even more kick for the bass reproduction.

A double element
The MAX B1-16 has two 2 ohm coils.
The Subbar defaults to a 2 x 2 ohm load, but the Sub comes with jumpers to easily change the Sub to a one or four ohm load.
If you end up with a 1-ohm load, make sure that your amplifier also works with a 1-ohm load.
