Domestic Greenfinn's Camelina oil Healthy cooking oil is obtained from the seeds of the Camelina (Camelina sativa L. Crantz.) cultivated in Finland using the cold pressing method. Greenfinn's camelina oil contains 39% alpha-linolenic acid, which belongs to Omega 3 fatty acids (approx. 80 times more than in olive oil) and 15% linoleic acid, which belongs to Omega 6 fatty acids. The use of these fatty acids helps to lower LDL cholesterol in the blood, significantly increase the level of EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid), and promote the health and well-being of the heart, blood vessels and brain.
Multipurpose cooking oil Greenfinn's Camelina oil has a green and almond aroma. The oil as it is is suitable for all kinds of cooking, such as garnishing cooked vegetables, fish dishes, all kinds of frying and as a salad dressing. Thanks to its natural antioxidants, it is well-preserved and withstands heating and frying well. The oil is pressed from the seeds of the ruitankio or kitupellava oil plant using a cold-pressing method. Most of the fatty acids included in our daily diet are Omega 6 (linoleic) fatty acids. According to current knowledge, the amount of Omega 3 (alpha linoleic) fatty acids should be significantly increased in terms of our health. Due to the low consumption of fish, the Omega 3 fatty acid ratio can be increased by using Camelina oil. Camelina oil contains 39% Omega 3 fatty acids, while rapeseed oil only 11% and olive oil significantly less. Ingredients: Made from naturally cultivated camelina plant seeds by cold pressing
