The HC PRO 45 degree bench press is designed especially for power sports enthusiasts, such as powerlifting, weightlifting and strongman sports.

In the 45-degree abdominal bench, you can stretch really far back or do a shorter abdominal muscle movement with more weight.
The 45-degree HC Pro bench press strengthens the muscles of the middle body and deep abdominal muscles while doing the movement slowly. A stronger core improves results in weight lifting, deadlifts, squats with and without equipment, and the arch and position of the bench press become more stable.
In the stomach bench, you can either hold the standard pole behind the neck or get a strap separately, which allows you to keep your hands on your sides and the fists on the strap on your stomach or chest while moving.
