Another easy and comfortable way to use it is to put a back extension bench in front of a cross pulley or a hand pulley and take additional weight from there either with your hands or put a strap found in the gym around the back of the neck and thus pull the additional weight up.
The third purpose and method of use comes from Fitness athletes whose goal is a rounder and bigger butt.
