The high-quality Heirol Steely Cerasafe+ pan has a triple, non-stick, ceramic-reinforced Cerasafe+ coating. The coating does not contain PFOA. Thanks to the ceramic reinforcement, the pot has a particularly good scratch and abrasion resistance. The product lasts a long time in use, and is therefore also a favorite of professionals. The Cerasafe+ series is suitable for all stoves, including induction and ovens. The frame and handle are made of stainless steel, and the riveted handles can also be used in the oven (max 200 C). The Cerasafe+ series is an ecological frying pan series: due to its excellent thermal conductivity, it consumes very little energy (TM test 11/2011), and due to the durable coating, the product lasts a long time. Please remember when using the frying pan that the high-quality steel frame conducts heat very efficiently. Therefore, be careful especially when using induction oil! Never heat the pot empty, and heat the pot only slightly above medium heat.
