Herbamare Spicy is made from sea salt to which 15 fresh organic herbs and vegetables have been added. Fresh plants store the taste and aromas of summer. Herbamare Spicy gets its unique taste when the plants are combined fresh with sea salt and gently dried using a method that preserves the aromas. Herbamare Spicy also contains seaweed that contains natural iodine.
When preparing Herbamare, 1 part fresh herbs and 2 parts sea salt are added to it. In mild drying, the liquid of the herbs disappears and the sea salt binds the aromas and trace elements of the fresh herbs.
