Fishermen looking for a high-quality 2D echo image have previously had to purchase separate and expensive sensors for their echo sounders. As a result of long product development, Humminbird has now introduced a wide-spectrum Dual Spectrum CHIRP sensor that produces an unprecedentedly accurate echo image to all of its sonar models. The sensor with a very low Q-value is super accurate - you will notice it immediately when using the device.
The Humminbird Helix ICE 5 DS Chirp GPS sonar is fully equipped for winter use. The sonar has a carrying case, a very accurate Dual Spectrum ice sensor, a chart plotter, AutoChart Live ICE mapping and the removal of interference caused by other sonar, which is increasingly necessary on ice.
