Tapio Anttila (born 1962) is an interior architect and designer. He is known for his simple, even ascetic design style, which is sprinkled with a touch of humor. Tapio Anttila has won several international design awards and was selected as Finland's furniture designer of the year in 2012. He works versatile in the fields of product design, concept and spatial planning. Anttila's design is guided not only by a reduced design language, but also by the pursuit of ecology. "My mission is to make high-quality, practical, reasonably priced and well-designed objects for ordinary people." says the designer.
