The pan has a highly durable three-layer non-stick Whitford's Quantum®2 coating. The 1.5 mm thick carbon steel body conducts heat well. The flat base guarantees an even distribution of heat. The Excellence carbon steel wok is suitable for all types of stoves and withstands both machine washing and the use of round-edged metal utensils.
In addition to the wok, the set also comes with a handy lid, grate and bamboo spatula. The lifespan of the pan is extended by washing it by hand immediately after use. We recommend removing the wok from the washing machine after the program is finished and drying it carefully with a towel. Do not use abrasives or other substances/cleaning tools that can damage the non-stick coating of the pan.
