A unique, patented thin film coating (TFC™) for glass surfaces.
The TFC™ treatment makes the windscreen truly hydrophobic and dirt-repellent for improved visibility. Reduces the need for windscreen wipers and windscreen washer fluid at highway speeds. Also makes it easier to clean the glass (e.g. to remove insect slime) and remove ice from windows. Good resistance to strong glass cleaning fluids and solvents.
Very easy and quick to use: apply to clean glass, drying time 1h.
1. Clean the glass thoroughly before applying the coating, e.g. with KORREK Glass Cleaner.
2. Shake the bottle. Dampen an application cloth (approx. 4 cloths folded in half) until it is thoroughly wet and carefully apply the coating to clean, dry glass. Allow to dry for approx. 1-2 min.
3. When the surface is dry, apply a second coat of the product with a new cloth. When the surface is completely dry, gently polish off the grey gauze with the microfibre cloth provided.
4. Allow the coating to cure and set for one hour before exposing the treated glass to cold or moisture, for example.
Application temperature +5 - +25°C
Do not apply to hot surfaces
Protect from freezing.
The coating may initially cause squeaking/bumping of the wipers, which is transient
Check the condition and cleanliness of the wipers
If the coating is to be removed, it will require mechanical grinding.
NOTE! Do not use the microfibre cloth provided in the package for any purpose other than finishing the coating. The product is not suitable for use on the inside of glass.Durability 24 months/30 000 km for windscreens, up to 5 years for side windows.
