Bake with the 9 cavity silicone mould for muffins. Made of 100% platinum silicone, are nonstick and easy to use and store. Easy release, thanks to the flexibility of silicone, gently pulling the ends of each cavity. Lightweight and durable, suitable for freezer, oven, and microwave. Intended for home-made desserts, as well as savoury dishes. Baking with the Lékué silicone mold is easy, as it does not need to be greased or breadcrumbed, with a few exceptions (exceptions when using for the first time, when baking fat-free dough and after washing the in the dishwasher). One madeleine cup is approx. 70x47x17 mm, volume approx. 40 ml. Withstands temperatures from -60°C to +220°C. Dishwasher safe.
