An ashless additive blend to prevent malfunctioning of the SCR system in diesel engines. Reduces the formation of deposits in the AdBlue® tank and AdBlue® injection system.
For all SCR systems using 32.5% urea solution (AdBlue®, DEF).
Dosage 0.25% to AdBlue® solution (1:400). 250 ml is sufficient for 100 litres of AdBlue®. For continuous use. Do not add to fuel!
By adding the additive through the AdBlue® tank filler, you can reduce the freezing point from the original -11.5°C to almost -16°C, thus ensuring full performance even at very cold temperatures.
The additive can also be used to prevent crystal deposits. It is very effective in SCR systems and ensures an optimal evaporation process. The surfactants it contains reduce the surface tension of the AdBlue® solution and prevent droplet formation and the resulting liquid film formation. This prevents clogging of the injection nozzles or pump and expensive repairs.
