By using the twilight switch / motion detector sensor, you can use the deep radiators even more energy-efficiently. With standard settings, the light turns on when the dimmer switch detects the need for light. When the sensor detects movement, the light turns on at full power. When the sensor does not detect movement for five minutes, the light first dims to energy-saving mode, and finally turns off completely after 15 minutes, if no movement is still detected. With the separately purchased remote control, you can adjust detection times and sensitivity, and you can also adjust different operating modes and light brightness.
The microwave sensor is suitable for spaces with a lot of obstacles and covered areas. The sensor detects movement through materials with certain limitations (but not through all metals). The microwave sensor is very resistant to heat and cold. However, due to the sensitivity of the sensor in outdoor areas, objects thrown by the wind and rain may activate the sensor incorrectly, which is why the use of a PIR sensor in outdoor areas is more recommended. Lamps to which a microwave sensor is connected should not be installed at a distance of less than three meters from each other to ensure trouble-free operation of the sensor.
